Using the site

You may play the puzzles, share your results, and link to any page. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that affects other players, attempt to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with the service. Automated solving that submits results to the leaderboard is against the spirit of the thing and may have its entries removed.

Accounts

You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. Choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else; we may change or remove one that is. You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).

Leaderboards and fair play

Scores are computed from your recorded sessions. Results that appear to come from automation or tampering may be removed without notice. Archived puzzles are for practice and do not count.

Puzzles and content

The daily grid and word puzzles are generated by the site. Variant sudoku puzzles in the library are the work of their named setters and are presented with credit; a setter who would like a puzzle changed or removed should get in touch and it will be done promptly. The site’s own text, design and code are © Puzzle Arena. Puzzle type names such as Nonogram, Sudoku and Futoshiki are generic; product names mentioned for comparison belong to their owners, and this site is not affiliated with any of them.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, free of charge, and without guarantee that it will be available or error-free. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
