How to play

The numbers beside each row and above each column are the lengths of the blocks of filled squares in that line, in order, with at least one gap between them. Fill in the squares they describe and a picture appears. Unlike the other grids here, nothing has to appear exactly once — a line is a sequence rather than a shuffle — and the move that opens most boards is overlap: a long run has to cover the middle of its line wherever it actually sits, so you can fill squares in before you know where the block begins. Crossing out the squares you have ruled out is how the next deduction becomes visible, though only the filled ones count.
